Tai chi is a slow moving, gentle form of exercise originating in ancient China.
Tai Chi consists of flowing, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo. Breathing is deepened and slowed. It is an enjoyable form of mind/body exercise with many proven health benefits.
Tai Chi requires a level of
commitment for best results.
Each week’s class builds on the previous classes and practicing between classes ensures steady progress.

NO SPECIAL CLOTHING OR EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED FOR TAI CHI OR QIGONG.
Just wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat, soft-soled shoes.
All exercise is done standing up
(no getting down onto the floor).
Please bring a bottle of water.
