Instructor Jay McGough is a certified Qigong,
Tai Chi and Meditation teacher who has been teaching since 2003.
Jay continues to deepen and explore her understanding of these ancient arts by
studying and training with
Qigong, Tai Chi & Meditation Masters in
Australia, China, the USA and Bali.

This 4 STAR RETREAT at Cradle Mountain is ALL INCLUSIVE:
The retreat runs from mid-afternoon on the first day and finishes 1.00 pm on the third day.
Many participants book an extra night so they can spend more time in this beautiful setting. If you would also like to do this,
