This relaxing retreat featured a range of activities  to release stress and to enhance  feelings of stillness and inner peace.  This year's activities included easy to follow Qigong Flow classes covering a range of forms; a focus on the self-healing Guigen Five Element Qigong; Meditation;  a guided tour through the National Park; an optional creative writing workshop plus free time to just chill. 2020 Bali Qigong Retreats


 Jay has been offering Relaxing Qigong Retreats in  Bali for the past nine years.  

In 2020 we will be going to an exciting new location in Ubud, Bali.  

 Start the day with meditation and calm movement, enveloped in the morning stillness, surrounded by the wonders of the local landscape.

Participants at these rejuvenating retreats are guided through graceful, healing Qigong practices which will strengthen the Qi (vital life force energy) and stimulate the meridian system, calming the mind and body and creating a state of positive well-being.

Instructor Jay McGough is a certified Qigong and 

Tai Chi teacher who has been teaching since 2003.  

Jay continues to deepen and explore her understanding of these ancient arts by

studying and training with 

Qigong and Tai Chi Masters in 

Australia, China, the  USA and Bali.
